Who is responsible?
Hoogwaardige Bestrating, Daalwijkdreef 47, 1103 AD Amsterdam, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Privacy questions can be sent to us by email at info@hoogwaardigebestrating.nl or by post.
What we collect
When you fill in the quote form we receive your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and anything else you choose to add, such as your postcode or a description. We can also see which page, and which language, you sent the form from.
What we use it for
Only to deal with your request: getting in touch, booking a site visit, drawing up a quote and, if you go ahead, carrying out and invoicing the work. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell or pass on your details.
Legal basis
We process your data because you ask us for a quote (steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for carrying out and administering a job, on the basis of the contract and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
Who sees it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our mailbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both handle data only to provide that service. We share nothing else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than two years after our last contact. Data that belongs to a job and its invoice is kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics service that follows you around.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or ask us to restrict it. Send your request to us and we will respond within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You always have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
